Detailing FAQ
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our premium coatings bond at a molecular level, providing professional-grade protection and deep gloss for 5 to 10 years depending on the selected maintenance plan.
Is paint correction required?
Absolutely. To ensure the coating bonds correctly and the paint reaches peak gloss, we perform at least one stage of machine polishing to remove swirls and surface contaminants.
Will the coating stop rock chips?
Ceramic coatings provide extreme chemical and UV resistance but do not stop chips. Unfortunately some advertisers exaggerate the capabilities of coatings and claim they prevent chips and scratches. We don't do that here.
How do I maintain my coated car?
Maintenance is vital, coatings are incredibly durable but not invincible. Acidic contaminants like bird droppings for example will burn through the coating if left unchecked. We recommend signing up for fortnightly maintenance washes to ensure the longevity and effectiveness of the coating. However we are more than happy show you the professional process if you would like to maintain it yourself.
